Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and masaya365 ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the masaya365 platform, including but not limited to the website masaya365.asia, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any services, games, or features offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any additional rules, policies, or guidelines referenced herein or published separately on the Platform, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the method of access (desktop browser, mobile browser, or any future application). masaya365 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform.
Eligibility
To be eligible to register and maintain an account with masaya365, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for online gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations;
- You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
- You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or are physically located at the time of play;
- You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by masaya365 or any PAGCOR-affiliated responsible gaming programme;
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of masaya365 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors, nor a close relative of any such person;
- You must not be using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to mask your true location or identity.
masaya365 reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.
Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration. To access the full features of the masaya365 Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
3.2 One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active masaya365 account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. masaya365 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your masaya365 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. masaya365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.4 Notification of Breach. You must notify masaya365 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.
3.5 Identity Verification (KYC). As required by PAGCOR's regulatory framework, masaya365 conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You will be required to submit government-issued photographic identification and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment method used before your first withdrawal is processed. masaya365 may request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Methods. masaya365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform's Cashier section, which currently include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. masaya365 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
4.3 Currency. All transactions on the masaya365 Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP/₱) unless a specific alternative is displayed at the time of transaction. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. masaya365 processes withdrawal requests on a rolling basis. Typical processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are generally processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and UnionBank are typically processed same-day during banking hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals are generally processed within thirty (30) minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal of funds is subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering requirements where bonus funds have been credited to the account; (c) no active investigation into potential fraud, abuse, or Terms violations relating to the account.
4.6 Same-Method Policy. masaya365 reserves the right to return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawals to a different method may be permitted at masaya365's discretion and may require additional verification.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 General. masaya365 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion, in addition to these general Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a masaya365 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. A Player's cash balance will always be used in preference to bonus balance when placing bets, unless otherwise specified.
5.3 One Bonus Per Offer. Each promotional offer may be claimed only once per Player, household, IP address, device, or shared payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise. masaya365 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional benefit that is being exploited, abused, or claimed in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used within the period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the account without compensation.
5.5 Game Contributions. Not all games on masaya365 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) or may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution. The contribution schedule is detailed in the individual promotion terms.
5.6 Withdrawal Prior to Completion. If a Player requests a withdrawal prior to completing the wagering requirement on a bonus, masaya365 reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus amount and any winnings attributable to bonus play from the withdrawal amount.
Game Rules and Fairness
6.1 Certified Providers. All games available on the masaya365 Platform are supplied by certified third-party game developers. Each provider holds independent certification from internationally recognised testing laboratories including but not limited to iTech Labs, eCOGRA, and BMM Testlabs. Random Number Generator (RNG) outcomes for applicable games are independently verified.
6.2 Game Rules. The specific rules, payout structures, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and minimum and maximum stake limits for individual games are established by the respective game provider and displayed within each game's interface or help section. By placing a bet on any game, you confirm acceptance of that game's rules.
6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to disconnection, game engine error, or communication failure — masaya365 reserves the right to void any affected game round. In such cases, any amounts staked on the affected round will be returned to the Player's account. masaya365 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific game or game vertical.
6.4 Disputed Outcomes. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the game provider's server logs shall constitute the definitive record of the transaction. Players may raise a dispute by contacting masaya365 support via live chat within seven (7) days of the disputed event.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the masaya365 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent exclusion, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of balances:
- Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person;
- Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live casino or poker-format games;
- Bonus abuse — systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including but not limited to chip dumping and matched betting via multiple accounts;
- Use of automated tools — employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to interact with the masaya365 Platform in substitution for genuine human play;
- Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider in respect of a completed masaya365 deposit without prior written consent from masaya365;
- Exploitation of errors — knowingly exploiting software errors, display glitches, pricing errors, or malfunctions to place bets with an expected value greater than their true market value;
- Money laundering — using the masaya365 Platform as a mechanism for processing, concealing, or integrating funds derived from criminal activity.
Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 By masaya365. masaya365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity; (c) the Player is no longer eligible under Section 2; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a regulatory risk to masaya365.
8.2 By the Player. Players may close their masaya365 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be resolved. Verified account balances will be returned to the Player via the method used for the most recent deposit, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.
8.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from masaya365 for responsible gaming reasons may do so by accessing the Responsible Gaming tools within their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion options are available for defined periods (minimum 24 hours) or permanently. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the masaya365 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform; frame or mirror any part of the Platform; use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform; or create derivative works based on any Platform content without express written permission from masaya365.
Limitation of Liability
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, masaya365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
11.2 masaya365's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your masaya365 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 masaya365 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. masaya365 shall not be liable for any interruption to service caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions, acts of God, or regulatory actions.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit masaya365's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
Privacy and Data Protection
masaya365 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the masaya365 Platform, you acknowledge and consent to masaya365's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
masaya365 processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Your data is used for purposes including account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and communication of promotional offers (where opted in).

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a Player and masaya365, the Player should first contact masaya365 customer support via live chat to attempt an informal resolution. masaya365 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal complaint.
13.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Amendments to These Terms
masaya365 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. In the case of material amendments, masaya365 will provide notice to registered Players via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required to comply with immediate regulatory or legal requirements.
Your continued use of the masaya365 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
masaya365 also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without liability, subject to returning any verified account balances to Players in the event of permanent Platform closure.
